Educational Goal: Update participants legal issues for pharmacists.

The main educational objectives of the program are: at the conclusion of this program,
  1. The participant will be able to distinguish between the administrative law and civil law processes for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
  2. At the conclusion of this program the participant will be able to give an example of a Pharmacy Administrative Law case.
  3. the participant will be able to give an example of a Pharmacy Civil Law case.
  4. the participant will be able to give an example of a Pharmacy Criminal Law case.
