Educational Goal  

The overall educational goal of this meeting is to provide information and instruction on a variety of topics, to enable the pharmacy practitioner to provide quality patient care. You can obtain as many as 5.5 continuing education credit hours (0.55 CEUs).

There is a fee for the morning program which may be paid by check or credit card.

Advance registration for the morning program must be received by September 24, 2010 and must be postmarked by September 22.

Limited on-site registration will include additional fees of $15 for pharmacists and $10 for technicians.
 
There is no fee for the afternoon program.
Lunch is provided for those that register for and attend the afternoon program

Refund Policy  

Refund of the morning registration fee minus a $10 administration fee will be made if WRITTEN notification is received by email at cancel@aashp.net on or before October 5, 2010.


Target Audience: Registered pharmacists and pharmacy technicians practicing pharmacy in either health-system pharmacies or ambulatory sites.

 

The Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.  The France Foundation is an accredited provider of continuing pharmacy education. The American Association of Diabetes Educators is an accredited provider of continuing education. This program provides up to 5.5 contact hours (0.55 CEUs) of continuing pharmaceutical education.  To receive Statements of Participation, program evaluation forms must be completed and turned in at the end of the programs.

Pharmacists and Technicians will receive ACPE certificates by mail within 30-45 days of the end of the program
